Accommodation: How do I reverse my Itinerary

Reversing an Itinerary allows you to flip the order of your Accommodation, Routing and Planner with the click of a button. This document will show you how you can reverse your Itinerary quickly and easily.

This functionality is available on all Operator Packages

Getting Started

You will need to be logged into your Dashboard and select the Itinerary Builder. Reversing an Itinerary can be done with both Sample and Personal Itineraries, however, for this example, we will work with Personal Itineraries.

Wetu Suggests: That you make a copy of the Itinerary before reversing it so that you have a record of what the routing details were beforehand.

Accommodation

To reverse your Itinerary you will need to be in the 'Accommodation' Step of your selected Itinerary.

Reverse Itinerary

In the top right-hand corner of the screen is 'Reverse Itinerary', you will see written in green with a tooltip icon next to it with more information. Reversing your itinerary will not only reverse the order of your accommodations but it will also affect your Route Builder and Planner.

By clicking on the 'Reverse Itinerary', a pop up will display for you to confirm. Should you proceed, all routing that has been done will be removed and default routing will be applied. Select 'Reverse Itinerary' to apply the change.

Once the Itinerary has been Reversed the routing will need to be redone as it will have defaulted and removed any routing you may have done already.

Note: Once you have reversed an itinerary you can reverse it back to the original layout, however, the routing will not go back to the original it will default and have to be redone.
