How to use the iOS App as a Traveller (TravelKey)

Downloading the App
From your mobile or iPad, navigate to the Apple App Store and search for TravelKey.
Navigating through the App
When TravelKey opens the sign-in page appears.
The user will be prompted to enter a Name and Password. In the Password field, enter the 'Mobile Code' of the itinerary you want to view.
The Personal Itinerary will then download and open on the Introduction screen.
The logo on the top of this screen is based on the branding selected for the itinerary; co-branding and rebranding are supported. This screen displays the Itinerary Name, Client Name, Destinations included in the itinerary, as well as the Itinerary Introduction from Step 6 of the Itinerary Builder.
Once you click the 'Enter' button, you will arrive at the 'Overview' screen. Here you will find the majority of the information pertaining to your trip. For each day or collection of days, you will be able to find details about accommodation, transport, activities, daily information, expert tips, inclusions, exclusions, weather and more.
The menu:
At the bottom right of the overview screen is the menu button. Below we will describe what information is accessible from the menu.
Introduction:
Selecting Introduction will take you back to the Enter screen or Home screen of your itinerary.
Destinations:
Information about each of the Destinations included in your itinerary will be outlined here. Tap the Destination name to read more.
Country Info:
Information about the country/ countries you are visiting on your trip. It provides details on electricity, cuisine, climate, transport, dress code and more in the country which you are visiting. Tap the country name to read more.
Transport:
Here you can easily access and view the details of all the upcoming transport types in date order, on one page.
Documents:
You can access and download the documents that your travel agent has uploaded to the itinerary. This could be information about terms & conditions, vouchers, or other travel-related documents.
Settings:
Within the Settings option, the traveller can change the itinerary that they are viewing on TravelKey, simply by selecting 'Change Itinerary' and entering a new 6 digit mobile code or 'Refresh' the current itinerary so that it reflects any updates that have been made to the trip.
Contacts:
The main contact for your itinerary will display first. Also included are the contact details of the accommodations included in your itinerary, as well as any additional contact details that were entered by your travel agent.
Offline Functionality
TravelKey has been designed to have basic functionality when you are not connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi. You will need to download your itinerary while connected to the internet. Once downloaded the itinerary will be available for reference. Important to note:
- Any updates made to the itinerary after the download will not reflect until you re-connect to mobile data or Wi-Fi refresh the itinerary again.
- Documents that have been downloaded beforehand will still be accessible.
TravelKey in Different Languages
TravelKey supports a variety of languages. If you prefer your itinerary in a language other than English, speak to your Travel Agent or Tour Operator. If the requested language is one supported by Wetu, they will be able to apply it to your itinerary.
