How to report problems

When reporting problems please provide us with as much information as possible. The more information we are given the easier it is for us to find the problem and fix it.

To report an issue contact support@wetu.com.

Required information

We require the following information to help you with your issue:

  • Your Wetu Username
  • Which browser you were using? (I.e...Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome)
  • Is your Internet slower than usual?
  • What is you internet like? 
    • Is it turning off and on?
    • Is it off?
    • Have you tried browsing a different website and did it work?
  • Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred
    • Were you loading something to an itinerary like a picture or document?
    • Were you saving?
    • Where were you in the Wetu system?
  • Take screen shot
    • To take a screenshot
      • Windows: Press your Print Screen key on your keyboard and paste into Paint
      • Mac: Use command shift 3 and your screenshot should save to your desktop
      • Attach screenshot with explanation in your email
  • Provide link to the output if possible
    • Copy and paste the URL 
    • Screenshot webpage that displays incorrectly
