Clearing your Browser Cache will enable you to receive the new information on the website. This article will take you through the process of how to clear your cache for Windows.

Getting Started

Note: for the example of this user guide, we will be using Google Chrome, however, the same process would be applicable for any other internet browser that you are using such as Internet Explorer and Firefox.

In the top right-hand side of your browser, you will see three horizontal dots, click on this and select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu.

Once the settings menu opens, you will need to scroll down until you locate Privacy and Security and click on 'Clear browsing data'.

Ensure that the 'Cached images and files' box is ticked and click on 'Clear data' to clean the browser cache.

This might take a minute or two depending on how much historic cache is being cleared.
