Tourplan: What's included in your Tourplan NX/Wetu Integration

This document will help you understand what information pulls through from your system through to Wetu, using your Tourplan NX Integration. 


This functionality is only available to Digital Enterprise clients with an existing Tourplan account

Itinerary Details

  • Itinerary Name (FIT & Groups - Booking Name)
  • Reference Number (NX Tourplan Booking Reference Number)
  • Number of Travellers (Pax Count)
  • Travellers Details (Pax Names)
  • Price (Total Agent Sell Price)
  • Price Includes & Price Excludes (Note codes need to be provided - plain text format only)
  • Terms and Conditions (Note codes need to be provided - plain text format only)

Accommodation

  • Start and End Travel Dates 
  • Accommodations (Supplier name, description & comment - used in your Tourplan booking)
  • Meal Basis (Mapped to Wetu meal basis)
  • Number of Nights (per accommodation) 
  • Check-In Date (per accommodation)
  • Reference (Supplier booking reference number)

Travel Details

  • All Travel Services 
  • Travel Company Name (Creditor description) 
  • Date Of Travel Services (Service line date entered) 
  • Start and End Location (Pickup & drop off location) 
  • Times of travel (Pickup time & drop off time) 
  • Ticket Class
  • Reference (Supplier booking reference number)

When you click on Edit Details for your travel service, you can view the information being pulled through from your Tourplan Booking. 

Planner

  • Daily includes will display in the "included" section (Note codes need to be provided - plain text format only) 
  • Daily excludes will display in the "excluded" section (Note codes need to be provided - plain text format only)

  • Enquiry Notes attached to a service line will appear in the "Day Itinerary" & "Expert Tips" section (Enquiry note codes must be provided - plain text format only)
