What's included in your ResRequest Integration

This document will help you understand what information pulls through from your system through to Wetu, using your ResRequest Integration. 

This functionality is only available to Digital Enterprise clients with an existing Tourplan account

  • Reservation ID (Booking reference number) 
  • Number of Travellers (Number of adults & children) 
  • Traveller Details (Client first and last name)

  • Price (Payable amount and currency)

Accommodation

  • Start and End travel dates
  • Accommodation (Supplier Name – mapped properties) 
  • Meal Basis (if mapped)
  • Number of Nights (per accommodation) 
  • Check in Date (per accommodation) 
  • Reference

Travel Details 

  • Transfer Services
  • Transfer Company Name
  • Date of Transfer
  • Time of transfer 

Planner

  • Notes will display in the ‘Day Itinerary’ section – (plain text format only)
