Planner: How do I Add Times to my Itinerary
In this document, we will take you through the various ways to add both specific and general times to your itineraries. While it is not compulsory to add them, the times are displayed in all of the outputs as well as in our mobile app. (Enterprise Packages Only) It is particularly useful to add times if you are wanting to send the summary and vouchers to your clients.

Getting Started
In order to add a time to an activity or to a hotel check in or check out, you will need to be on the Planner Step of the Itinerary Builder.
Hotel Check Ins and Check Outs
For the hotel entries, you will notice that the timeslot is displayed by default which means you can adjust the time for the check ins and check outs accordingly. To add the time, click on the 'Plus ( + )' to increases the time for hours and minutes respectively or on the 'minus ( - )' to decreases the time.
Activity Times
There are two options for adding times for activities. You are able to either add a general time of the day or you are able to specify the exact time. The time of the day is ideal for recommended activities as well as activities where you cannot guarantee the exact time.
General time of the day
This would either be in the morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner or in the evening. To select this, click on the drop-down menu in the Timeslot column and select the time of day you would like.
Exact Time
This you can do by clicking on the 'green clock icon' next to the drop-down menu in the Timeslot column. This will change the screen so that you can set the time. To add the time, click on the 'Plus ( + )' to increases the time for hours and minutes respectively or on the 'minus ( - )' to decreases the time.
