Integrations: How to Use Manage Mapping

This document will help you understand how to manage your mapping on Wetu as well as bulk mapping.  

This functionality is only available to Digital Enterprise clients.

Log into your Wetu Dashboard and select Connect. Once in your Connect screen, select the Manage Mappings option on the top right-hand side. 

The Manage Mapping screen will open. To upload your bulk mapping list, select the 'Load CSV' option on the top right-hand side. 

The CSV File

Select the CSV file that you would like to upload. Ensure that the CSV file includes the following columns in this order:

Option Code - the unique identifier for this service line
Supplier Name - e.g. Hotel Name, Activity supplier name, Transfer Company name
Description - e.g. Room Name, Activity Name for the service line
Comment - e.g. Accommodation Meal basis (Full Board), Additional details for the service line (max 2 Adults & 2 children)

Once the CSV file has been uploaded you will need to map your services. This document will assist with the mapping process
