Getting Started

You will need to be logged into your Dashboard and click on 'Admin'. If you do not have the Admin Function, please ask the person in charge of your Wetu account for permissions to access this.

From there, select the 'Suppliers Tab' to view your list of preferred suppliers.

The preferred supplier's list is populated by what consultants are adding to their itineraries in the Accommodation Step of the Itinerary Builder. If you have just started with building itineraries your list will not be as extensive, however, you can extend the list by building itineraries or by adding them manually as explained below.

Adding Activities/Sites and Attractions

To add an Activity or general Sites and Attractions, simply search by name in the 'Search for Products' field on the top right-hand side and a drop-down menu will appear for you to select from. Select the desired activity or site and attraction from the drop-down and click on 'Quick Add' to add it to your page.

Once you have added an activity/site and attraction to your supplier list, it will appear at the top of the page initially and later in alphabetical order.

Note: Only activities/sites and attractions that are loaded in Wetu can be added in this field. If the supplier you are looking for is not on Wetu yet, email our content team and they will have it added for you.

Customising your Descriptions

Click on 'Description' and a pop-up window will appear for you to edit the content. By default, it will display the 'Wetu Provided Content' which you will be able to amend accordingly so that you can have your own descriptions available in your itineraries.

Once you have made amendments or added your own description, you will need to click on 'Save' to ensure that the new information is implemented and applied to all new and existing itineraries.

Wetu has the ability to produce your Itinerary outputs in multiple languages. For more information on how to work with different languages, click here

Note: When you insert your own custom description or make edits to the default, it will override the default Wetu content in your outputs. Having overwritten the default content also means that if the Supplier updates the content, your description will not update. All content loaded here is for your Wetu account only. No one else will have access to the customisations.

Customising your Images

Click on 'Custom Images' in the Suppliers tab and a new window will open up where you will be able to customise the images for the selected activity/site and attraction.

'My Collection' allows you to choose what images you would like to display for this activity. You can use images that the Supplier has uploaded or you can upload your own by clicking on 'Add Image'.

To include images in 'My Collection' that the Supplier has loaded, navigate to the Supplier Images and click on the arrow icon and this will move the Supplier images into your collection above. The preview icon will allow you to have a better look at the images before moving them into 'My Collection'.

The first 3 images that you use are vital, as these 3 images are what is displayed in most of your outputs. You can rearrange the images in 'My Collection' simply by dragging and dropping the images.

Once you have loaded, selected and arranged the images that you would like to use for this activity/site and attraction, you need to choose if you would only like to display the images in 'My Collection' or the images loaded by the Supplier as well.

Once done editing, your Supplier will display a green tick next to 'Custom Images' next to your selected Supplier.
