Planner: How do I use Product Activities

The Product Activities function allows both the suppliers and operators the opportunity to add activities for each specific hotel, making it easier to get accurate information to your clients. In this document we will show you how to add the activities to your itinerary, however, this document will show you how to edit activities as well as build your own.

To add product activities to your itinerary you need to be in the Planner Step of building your itinerary.

Adding a Product Activity

To add a product activity click on ‘product activity’ on the top right-hand side of the activity block. Click on the + sign. This will give you a drop-down list of available activities for the accommodation/s selected for that day. Click on all the activities offered by that accommodation that you want to add to your day planner.

Once you have added the activities to your itinerary you can are able to add in the time slot, misc and stars as per the activity document you can find here .

Note: When checking out of one hotel and into another, the activities for both hotels will display in the drop-down menu.
